Introduction
There are several reasons why you may not remember your login details:
- You have deleted the email with the login details sent when you created your customer account or you can no longer find it.
- You don't save your login details in a suitable software application and you can't remember those of your LWS account.
- You or someone else has changed your login details and can't remember the new password.
If you can't remember your login details for your LWS customer area, don't worry, we'll explain how to recover them easily.
How to recover your LWS account login details ?
Step 1: Go to the login page
Open your web browser and go to the LWS Customer Centre login page or simply click on this link.
Step 2: Click on "Forgot your password?
On the login page, you will see a button labeled "Forgot your password?". Click on it to access the login recovery page.

Step 3: Fill in the login recovery form
On the login recovery page, you will need to provide the email address associated with your LWS account. Make sure you enter the correct email address you used when you created your account. You must then tick the "I am not a robot" box and click on the green "Confirm" button.

Step 4: Check your inbox
Once you have entered your e-mail address and clicked on the "Validate" button. LWS will send you an email with further instructions and a link to reset your login details.

Step 5: Follow the reset instructions
Check your inbox and look for the email from LWS. Open it and follow the instructions provided to reset your login details.

Step 6: Enter a new password
Clicking on the link will take you to a form where you can enter a new password for your customer area. You will need to confirm it, tick the "I'm not a robot" box and then click on the "Validate" button to finalise the procedure.

- Enter at least 1 special character from this list only - ! $ @ % _
- Enter at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least 1 CAPITAL letter (A-Z)
- Enter at least 1 number (0-9)
- Password must be between 10 and 15 characters[/tips].
Step 7: Log in to your customer area
Once you've reset your login details, return to the LWS Customer Area login page. Enter your LWS identifier (of the type LWS-XXX where XXX represents a number between 2 and 6 digits) and the new password you have defined, tick the "I am not a robot" box and then click on the "Connect" button.
That's it! You should now be able to access your LWS customer area with your new login details.
