What does this error mean?

This error indicates that the site has received more requests simultaneously from the IP than the formula allows.

How is this error generated?

The number of concurrent requests made by the same IP on a site exceeds the limit. The limit depends on the formula and the HTTP protocol used (it is possible to send more requests using HTTP2).

What can you do to solve the problem?

Reduce the number of concurrent requests sent. (typically, opening several pages at the same time). It is also possible to increase the number of requests sent by improving your formula.
