What is the Email Deliverability tool?

This tool makes it possible to identify any problems with your DNS records related to email for all domain names added to your cPanel plan. In fact, this system uses these records to verify that other servers can trust it as a sender.

DKIM configuration

This section allows you to manage a domain's DKIM record, verify the sender and the integrity of a message. In addition, it allows the mail system to ensure that spammers have not modified an incoming message during transit. Lastly, this key makes it possible to verify that emails received by your domain actually come from the specified domain.

To install a DKIM record correctly, your server must be the authoritative nameserver.

You are now able to identify any problems related to DKIM or SPF configuration on your domain. Please note that changing your configuration may cause issues when sending emails.
