Backups are systematically performed for all cPanel hosting plans — what varies according to your service level is the ability to restore these backups independently from cPanel. There are two levels: [PERSON_NAME] free (self-service restoration up to 1 month, hosting up to 20 Go) and Business Option (self-service restoration up to 3 months, with no size limit). Beyond that, an intervention from support is still possible.
Automatic backups are continuously performed for all our cPanel web hosting plans, regardless of your service level. They are designed to allow you to revert to a previous state in case of errors, accidental deletions, hacking, or software failures.

Activating the Business Option is retroactive: if you activate it today, your existing backups are retained for up to 3 months from their creation date, with no additional action required on your part.
If your cPanel hosting exceeds 20 Go, self-service restoration from cPanel is not available in free Basic Backups — backups are then reserved for internal LWS use. However, you can initiate a restoration via support intervention from your client area. To have self-service restoration with no size limit, we recommend subscribing to the Business Option.
