(1) The provided disk space is storage reserved only for the emails in your email addresses and the files and databases of your website. It cannot be used for archiving data including mail, computer files, backups, etc. The maximum file size is set to 500 MB on all our cPanel shared web hosting plans.
(2) Your account can use 100% of CPU resources for a maximum of 490 seconds. The CPU quota is split into 5 CPU for MySQL and the rest for the web service. For example, on a cPanel XL, you have 5 CPU for MySQL and 4 CPU for the web service (PHP, Node.js, Python ...)
(3) No limit on the number of read/write operations per second (IOPS). In case abusive disk usage is detected, limitations may be applied to the cPanel account in terms of volume (in MB per second) and/or activity (in operations per second).
(4) Processes are the execution of a command on the server that performs a specific task. For multithreaded processes, each thread is counted as a process. Some tools like Node.js and Python require one or more processes running constantly in the background, even without visitors (a daemons).

(6) The indicated size limit applies to the total size of the email as transmitted by your email client. Email clients generally apply base64 encoding to attachments before transmission, resulting in an average increase of about 33% in the size of each attachment.
The cPanel 2XL and cPanel 3XL plans are not directly available for sale. To benefit from them, you must first order a lower plan and then change plans from your LWS customer area.

(1) Beyond the hourly email sending limit, sent emails will be returned as undeliverable. In this case, you will need to wait one hour before being able to send emails again.
(2) After 20 POP & IMAP connections via the same IP address, connection attempts will result in an error such as "incorrect login".
To optimize the number of active connections, it is recommended to disable POP & IMAP polling or configure it so that automatic polling occurs every 10 minutes.
