• Backups : server data is automatically backed up on separate NAS
• Frequency and retention : up to 4 daily backups + 1 weekly, up to 1 month
• Included volume : 20 GB free, beyond that = paid option
• Restoration : on request to support, handled on a case-by-case basis (free or managed depending on complexity)
