How to enable debug mode in WordPress 

To enable debug mode in your WordPress:

If you have a shared plan of the Perso/Starter/Standard/Performance type:

  1. Log in to your client area or connect to your site via FTP
  2. Use the file manager or your FTP client and edit the wp-config.php file

If you have a shared plan of the cPanel type:

  1. Log in to cPanel or connect to your site via FTP
  2. Use the cPanel file manager or your FTP client and edit the wp-config.php file

If you have a shared plan of the Plesk type:

  1. Log in to your Plesk or connect to your site via FTP
  2. Use the file manager or your FTP client and edit the wp-config.php file

After opening the wp-config.php file to edit it, change the line define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); to define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );

// This enables debugging.
define ('WP_DEBUG', true);
// This disables debugging. 
define ('WP_DEBUG', false);
