Error 553 sending email: Sender address rejected not logged in

Why is there this problem? 

This problem occurs when the SMTP server requires the user to be authenticated in order to send the email.

If you have a problem sending email from your email software ( Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail etc ), it is imperative to check the following points :

The incoming mail server ( = POP ) must be : mail.yourdomain.ext ( to be replaced by your domain name : for example " mail.mydomain.net ", or even " mail.mycompany.fr " )

The incoming mail server port must be : 995 with SSL security

The outgoing mail server ( = SMTP ) must be : mail.yourdomain.ext ( to be replaced by your domain name : for example " mail.mydomain.net ", or even " mail.mycompany.fr " )

The outgoing mail server port must be : 465 with SSL security

[PERSON_NAME] outgoing mail server must authenticate using your full email address and its password.

[PERSON_NAME] full email address ( [PERSON_NAME] POP and SMTP ), must be written in LOWERCASE

Change your email password if you still cannot log in to your mailbox.

You must check in the advanced settings "my outgoing server requires authentication"

Conclusion 

You are now able to resolve the email sending problem on your web hosting with LWS. It is very often a configuration problem with your software.
