Your data stored on the Nextcloud Online Storage LWS is automatically backed up by LWS on separate NAS units. [ADDRESS] retention is up to 4 days daily + up to 1 month weekly. Additionally, Nextcloud natively offers versioning and a trash bin for immediate recovery of deletions or modifications. For more complex cases, restoration is done upon request to support from your client area, handled on a case-by-case basis — free of charge or via managed services depending on the complexity of the task.

LWS Data Backup Policy

LWS automatically performs backups of the data on your Nextcloud Online Storage, stored on separate NAS units to protect you against technical incidents:

  • Up to 4 daily backups are retained (last 4 days)
  • Beyond 4 days: 1 weekly backup retained, limited to 1 month

This LWS retention policy is specific to Nextcloud Online Storage services, [ADDRESS] and servers (VPS / dedicated). [PERSON_NAME] shared web hosting ([PERSON_NAME] 3 months with the Business Option).

Restoration: three levels available

1. Nextcloud Trash Bin (immediate recovery)
