How do I configure my E-mail address on my email client?

E-mail addresses created from the LWS Panel customer area are easily configurable in any email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail...) and on any mobile device (iPhone, iPad, smartphone...)

Find out how here, to configure an email address in an email client.

I have reached the mail disk space, what should I do?

You can choose the maximum space allocated to each of your mailboxes yourself from your customer area, in the “E-mail administration” section. If you have reached the maximum limit that can be allocated, then we invite you to log in to your email account via the webmail made available in your customer area in order to delete emails from that mailbox.

Currently on a shared plan, you are limited to 2 GB of disk space per email mailbox, and you can store 10,000 emails.

You can increase this quota by subscribing to an additional mail option by clicking on the 'Need more email space?' link located below the 'Maximum storage space for emails' gauge. If you want to increase this limit (have more than 5 GB of disk space per email account), then you will need to switch to a VPS offer.

I can no longer send email: sender address rejected, too many spams

Such an error indicates that you have exceeded the email sending and/or receiving limits associated with your plan.

If you did not carry out this type of sending, we invite you to change the password associated with your email account from your customer area and the “email administration” section, then by clicking on the mailbox on which you want to perform this action.

If your account has been permanently suspended, then you should contact customer support so that our technical team can analyze the error and manually unblock your account if it complies with our security conditions.
